Come visit our Demonstration Gardens in Maplewood. Get tours of our themed gardens: raised beds & container gardens, native pollinator & monarch way station, a rain garden, vegetable, herb & square-foot garden, and plant research beds. Located at one of Ramsey County's historic buildings.

About the event
The Ramsey County Master Gardener's Barn Demonstrations Gardens at the historic Ramsey County Poor Farm are a great way to learn new garden techniques and best-loved plants. This garden tour is led by the Master Gardener volunteers. Our mission is to share research-based, eco-friendly gardening with residents in an effort to improve physical and environmental health. This program is a partnership with the University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program and Ramsey County Department of Environmental Health.
