New Business

Speakers Bureau Payments

The Board approved a motion for the RCMG non-profit to continue to accept payments from Speakers Bureau partners who are contracted with the RCMG non-profit through the remainder of 2025. These funds will then be deposited into the University of Minnesota Foundation - Ramsey County Fund in support of financial aid for our Interns.

Arts Us Funding

The Arts Us program leaders have requested up to $500.00 in financial support for continuing its redevelopment of new raised beds and other improvements created in 2024 at the site in St. Paul near Central High School. A motion to approve was tabled in order to be considered at next week’s Finance Committee meeting with recommendations to be given to the Board soon after next week’s meeting.

Old Business

Darren will meet with the Finance Committee next week to discuss the U of MN Foundation’s Ramsey County Master Gardener fund and share monthly statements for 2024 and 2025 in response to the committee’s request for greater transparency in how the MG State Team manages these funds that we raise and contribute for financial aid for our interns.
