An optimistic book for depressing times
The RCMG Book Club read and discussed The Book of Hope by Jane Goodall at the May discussion. A half dozen volunteers read the book and shared their thoughts in small group discussion.

Jane is very reassuring that humankind can turn things around about climate change.
Jane Goodall is such a brilliant, yet humble person. It is so easy to listen to her and believe!
The easy conversation between Goodall and Abrams and the quiet optimism Goodall shares while emphasizing hope and action are linked.
This book gave me hope in these times of trouble, despair and hardship. Very informative.
