Plant Sale
A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped with the 2024 RCMG Plant Sale! Because of you, our new venue at Aldrich Ice Arena was a huge success with over 50% of RCMG members helping in various ways. Get ready to hear some interesting facts and figures about the 2024 Plant Sale at the July 20th member meeting.
2025-2027 Strategic Planning Process
The RCMG Nonprofit's 2025-2027 Strategic Planning process has started on schedule. As we look to the future, expect updates on what the Strategic Planning Committee is considering: foundational ideas, stakeholder analysis, an environmental scan, and focused goals. All of this leads to a draft that will be presented to membership for comment and review later this fall. We look forward to hearing your opinions as we plan for our time ahead.
Technology Portfolio Review
The RCMG Nonprofit's technology portfolio review is moving forward, with its goal being to make our nonprofit's technology and data storage less complicated for its users, centralized, cost effective, and transferable from one Board of Directors to the next. You may have noticed some visible changes, like new Audio/Visual Teams at each monthly member meeting or Square devices at the Plant Sale, but some behind-the-scenes changes are happening also like upgrading the Board of Directors to Google Workspace for Nonprofits and adding securable storage for devices.
